I am 4 feet and 11 inches and wanted to know if I am able to drive a manual car?

My uncle bought me a bmw m3 for my 16th birthday and is giving it to me in less than a week because I will be getting my license. I can drive my dads trucks and suvs, but I wanted to know if me being less than 5 feet tall can drive a stick car with out any diffuclty. Please tell me what you think
