I would not listen to some of the posts in this thread.
For one, it is actually possible to grow a little even when your growth plates are fused. Also, the femur bone in males can grow until the age of 25. For some people, it grows very slowly in their 20s which is why they don't see any noticeable height increase.
I thought I was done growing but it turns out I'm not. I'm a 19 year old male, soon to be 20, and I am just about 5'10" now. Last year I was 5'8.5". My dad is 5'6 and my mom is 5'4. My mom's side of the family does have some tall guys (6'0" and taller) though which might explain why I'm 5'10 and still growing a little.
Genetics play the main factor in your height but other things can as well. Stretching and cardio work can stimulate height growth. Lifting weights can as well. It's a myth that weight lifting can stunt your growth. Avoid carbonated drinks and too much carbohydrates as these can slow your growth.
Also, get plenty of sleep! Your body produces most of its growth hormone during this time!
