...220lbs benching 300. Is it enough to only bench 300 and squat around 375? what should i do to help increase my lifting (without stacking Creatine)?

daymmm!!

man can you bench!

my best on good day is like 130-140

for about 10-12 reps

you got any weight lifting tips?

Oh yeah man those are great maxes for your age and weight. Only way to lift more is to gain weight and continue to lift heavy. Make sure you have a spotter so you can go heavy on your squats and can get the forced reps in, make sure you use a belt as well.
For bench press try negative reps. Just chuck on 4 plates a side, and slowly lower the bar to your chest, and get a spotter to jerk it back up. It will help increase your strength on bench press. A lot of bench press also consists of tricep strength so make sure your doing heavy dips and skull crushers.
Try heavy deadlifts as well to increase your overall strength and leg stregth for squats as well as lower back/
Just make sure your eating a lot and lifting heavy and you'll be fine. Take a multi-vitamin and fish oils everyday already if you don't already. As well as a few scoops of whey and some glutamine maybe as well. Keep the calorie and protein intake high.
Good Luck!
