...cycle. Help please!? I've been having problems ever since I started my period. First, I had horrible cramps and a heavy period that only lasted for 3 days. One year I was hit hard in the stomach and after that I never had a regular time of the month. Last year I was put on birth control (first patches then a low dose pill). The birth control made my periods even weirder so I took myself off and after that my periods got lighter and lighter until last month everything just stopped but I have on and off cramps. What is happening to me?
