size frame should I buy? My current mountain bike is too large I think I cannot stand over the top tube properly it's too high. I am about 5 foot tall (154cm) what size frame should I go for?
 
Adjust the seat to it's lowest point, and if you can stand comfortably on both legs it's pretty much the correct size. So when an accident occurs you easily brake and catch your balance with both legs, you don't want to fall off and if someone happens to catch you on camera you'll be on fail blog:(
