My mom rants about it and says I have scoliosis. But I'm sure I don't, I played sports and we had to bend over and they checked my back and they said my back is fine. I'm in tumbling, which is a form of gymnastics. I use my legs a lot but my arms are really weak because I barely use them for back tucks. I'm on the computer a lot, so that might have caused it. My shoulders always roll forward and I end up looking like a hunchback. I don't even notice it because it's comfortable for me. But it's unattractive and I want to fix it! Just keeping my back straight doesn't help because I'm unaware a lot. I feel like I need exercises and a doctors help. What do I do?

Yoga is the BEST fix for posture. So much that you don't even realize that you're fixing it. It just strengthens your back so it becomes naturally to hold yourself upright. You can buy yoga videos, do it on wiifit (my method) or just look up poses online to help you. It's easy, relaxing and it's good for flexibility and balance.

You say you have become weak in the lower back, I have read that many things can strengthen your stability muscles, but remember it is a concious choice and you have to decide to keep your shoulders aligned with your hips! :)
pretend that there is a cold breeze in between my shoulders that always helps me.
anyhow,
The best way to strengthen your core stabilising muscles is with pushups and uphill running. If you doing 10 pushups a day you should be capable of good posture. Don't worry if you only do 10 pushups you won't look like the hulk :). doing jumping squats and ab exercises also enhandce your posture.

if this doesn't work look up bodybuilding.com and look for more exercises for you, and run uphill backwards 1 kilometre at your own speed.

If this doesn't help you really should see a physiotherapist,
if you can't you could always pay 50 cents to ask them a question on a site I'll send to you soon.
