i am 15 5'8 176 and can dunk on 9'4 rim... read details?

i have been playing basketball since 3 and love it.. i dont want to dunk cause i think its cool, i just want to do it because it will improve my game more... i have never squatted anything over 10 pounds.. or do any leg workouts over 10 pounds, because i still want to grow... what can i do besides... squats, toe raises, sprints, lunges, and just trying to dunk??
