I will be 15 tomarrow but I am 5'1 but I used to weight 161 about 7 months ago and now weight 127.5 and I want to lose another 10+ lbs by december or at least by next summer. I lost that weight by changing my diet and eating healthier, and now I want to incorparate some exercise into my routine. But my problem is, I can not stick to a routine on a tredmill and my mom doesnt want me walking all around town. So I decided I will walk on the tredmill when they are home and sometimes walk around my town when I ask them.
But my questions are: Would 30 minutes of medium pace walking on a tredmill every other day be enough to lose the extra weight?
And how long would it take for me to lose 15 pounds by doing this exercise routine and dieting? (Guess/Estimate?)
And would it be possible to lose 15 pounds by December or would that be stretching it?
