unhealthy? I exercise all the time... i mean like 1-4 hours everyday!!!! i love working out, an haven't gained weight in awhile because i burn off all i eat! And trust me i love to eat!!! But i have learned that even though you may, like, burn off calories that there are still restrictions for eating too much of things because you can get, like, diabetes and stuff. So yeah. Just wondering, is it ok if i have 1 starbucks mocha frappe every 2 or 3 days? I just came back from a soccer tour in england (i told you i exercise a lot) and we always had mocha frappes cuz starbucks was everywhere. now im hooked! is that ok or shud i curb my cravings?
