I am 13 and 5'3, when will I experience growth spurts? How do growth spurts work?

Well I am 13 mostly all of my friends I think have hit their growth spurts, I don't think I hit my growth spurt, last year I was taller or the same height of most of my friends this year I think I stopped growing? Is this true will I not experience anymore growth spurts. And when will I hit my growth spurt?
