I always get a weird feeling someone is watching me?

like where ever i am, i just feel like there is someone else there
i don't know if im just losing it, or if im right

and are you losing it if sometimes you have day dreams that you think something is going to happen any second later, and your so sure it will, but it doesn't

yes, i have lost it. but i just will be in a room alone and i will feel like there is someone else there!!??
what do i do!?
 
It's called paranoia, and a lot of people (including myself) experience it. The only way to get over it is to prove to yourself that no one is there. Just walk around your house or wherever and show yourself that no one is there. As for the daydreaming part, that's not strange at all. Whenever there's an event, and you suspect something to happen, all of the different possibilities lay dormant in your mind, and the one that you want most to happen or has the greatest chance of happening in your perspective seems like it will happen for sure. That's also why when something happens, especially with multiple choices, no matter which it actually is, you'll feel like you saw it coming.
