standover height below 750m? I have got shorter legs than others with similar height, and while dismounting my bike over undulating ground a month ago, almost got hurt with the top tube

Visit the manufactures web site and look at the bike you want. Click on the geometry and it will tell you the stand over height. Look for a compact frame, they will have a lower top tube then the regular bikes.
