out of state? went to court by phone in oct 2005 for child support. said since he resided with me the 6 months prior I was awarded custody. I being the nice person i am let him go to dad's equal time. 6 months her and 6 months there. monday 7-27-09 he went down and filed for custody. awarded temporary till we go to court for temporary and was only given 9 days to prepare. have to appear in San Antonio from Emporia, KS and I am a single mother working as server at applebee's. pretty much need to know my options. i am not wanting to be vendictive to him even after he did this I just want equal time with my son.
