i added a stranger i like from church on facebook,who has'nt accepted my add......?

i added this guy as we always give each other flirty looks and smiles and have done for months,how ever as it's church and a very big one,it not very easy to chat to strangers,especially as he is one of the musicians(plus i'm a VERY shy person).the last few times we were around each other,my annoyance was obvious as i sulked,lol and he may have mistook this for a lack of interest.i decided to add his (a musician too)friend and then add him on facebook in a attempt to not look like a complete stalker.i said hi,and i told him i recongnized him in his our mutual friends list,and that it would be cool to chat to him.how ever i have'nt recieved a response and i wish i had'nt wasted my time,and made my self look like a pyscho stalker...i have'nt seen him since,and wonder what if anything i can do to make the situation better especially as i might bump into him when i least expect it at a church gathering.....p.s i feel soooo embarrased i might really die of shame.
 
Don't worry about it - god does not want you to feel any shame. The thing about meeting people at church and I go regularly as that a lot of them are there because they are very emotionally damaged and are looking for some advice and healing. Therefore, you don't always get the behavior you would expect in the real world at church. People tend to be a lot
more reserved.
 
You should probably wait a little. Also you don't look like a stalker just a person that knows him from church. Trust me stalker is if you saw the guy and totally added him but he didn't know what you looked like. I have had a stalker... multiple times... and you are definatley not even the slight bit of a stalker.
