anything I can do to get it back? I sold two books on Amazon, and my mom who shipped them accidentally mixed them up and they each went to the other person. I have contacted both. The one who purchased the more expensive book but got the cheaper book mailed it back right away, and I refunded her shipping cost. The other who purchased the cheaper book but got the more expensive book has not even so much as answered my emails, even though I have said I would refund her shipping cost to send it back, and would also refund the price of the book she did purchase if she doesn't want it anymore. I'm sure she realizes she got a more expensive book, is there anything I can do to get it back before she tries to re-sell it? I know she received it because the post office was able to confirm shipment.
