hypothetical question,if my friend writes me a check for lets say $2,000...........?

and i deposit into my savings or checking,and the money is available right then i spend it but the check turns out to be bogus,who is responsible?responsible to refund the money?

Your bank would go after you and then you would have to go after your friend.
