I'm working on improving my body, expecting with the right set of suppliments, vitamins and such my stomach will return to making stomach acid as it has stopped, wondering if anyone's had improvement with increased water intake, or other specific sets of suppliments? I know I have some likely deficiencies, just looking for extras I've not come across. I'm
already taking a lot of B suppliments. Anyone? I still do coffee, and wonder if it's ok or really working against me here as well.
