Hypersensitive Touch

For about a month (at least I can remember a month back, it could be longer), I have been experiencing an extreme hypersensitivity to touch. It is concentrated in my hands and arms, but in the shower I can notice it throughout my entire body. It is only caused by light to normal pressure though, if I grab my hand hard it is a normal sensation. At first I thought it was just something that would go away, but it has gotten progressively worse and at this point it feels almost like a burning pain. I notice it most when I put my hands in my pocket, let the steering wheel of my car slide through my grip, or take a shower. Also, I have been overly tired, had trouble concentrating and been anxious lately, but the latter two might just be caused by the fact that I am freaking out over this a little. It also is more of a concern for me now because within the past year I have experienced two occurrences that I can only describe as seizures. The first time this happened I was piss sober and I brushed it off as being dehydrated or something and the second time this happened I was really stoned. As this is not a normal occurrence when I smoked I began to get worried this time. Now don't get me wrong, I do not know for sure if these were seizures because all I remember is feeling weird beforehand and then waking up on the ground, but each time the crowd of people that was around me when I woke up said it looked like a seizure. It was just wonderful to be in a crowd of people each time. I however think I may have just passed out (doctor has since tried to induce an epileptic seizure/ran tests etc. and all seemed well)

I have also had back and neck problems (and pain ever since) from a previous hockey injury and have thought for a while that I may have a herniated disc. I do not know if the hypersensitivity and "seizures" are connected to each other at all and at this time am more concerned with the persistent hypersensitivity. Has anyone else experienced this and what was your course of action? I only ask because I am usually very good at knowing what is going on with my body and this time around it just doesn't feel like a normal thing that will pass or something that is caused by stress etc.

I am a 22 year old, white male. 6 ft. 200 lbs, work out at least every other day, muscular and on no medications. Don't know if this matters but, in the interest of full disclosure, I smoked weed about three days a week up until like two weeks ago (Stopped because of anxiety caused by these weird sensations). I also smoke one or two cigarettes a day and drink alcohol maybe one night a week, if that. Can anyone give me an idea as to what is going on here?
