Hypercalcemia, parasites, diaphragm? It's just my back?

Hello everyone! I'm new here.

Most of my symptoms are pericostal, in the low area. They seem to be located around the diaphragm, but apparently it's o.k. The hole thing started with reflux (they say) and epigastric pain (I can swear!).

Here is my story, I'll try to sum up:

Having had a curious DIAPHRAGMATIC (mostly left sided) PAIN WHEN LYING or SITTING for more than 6 months.
I almost literally could not sleep at that time.

Antecedents: A travel to Dominican Republic (eating everything there, even raw pig, really, like the so named "jamon" in Spain, which must be different there) and a strong impact in my back while traveling (standing) in a bus (I mean: the bump was in my feet but I resented a sort of loud multiple crack when the bumping was transferred to my back)

Feeling much better right now, after:
-Having taken antibiotics (cipro) for circa 12 days + pantoprazole for about 1 month 40mg first 80mg/day the last days. Last drug prescribed by my f. doctor.

Things now are:
-I'm able to sleep again!! :)
-I still experience reflux: when sitting or even lying. Sometimes liquid stuff comes quickly to my throat (no matter what i have eaten). Not hurting that much anymore.
-Still costal discomfort and pain in my chest area (around the diaphragm). Quite weard. I thought at the beginning that was parasites. Now I don't know what to think about it.
Sometimes i can hear curious noises there, as if my bowel was moving again. Even if i would think the pain area is located really above the bowels, like in the stomach and liver area, I would almost swear.
While lying, if i move sidewarRAB or try to lean, it seems to me to experience discomfort in the same area, like belching. Burping have become more normal after it started (when i stand after sitting, as for instance), or maybe I'm more conscious about it now with the discomfort.

-My last blood analysis apparently showed high calcemia (above 10.5), but my doctor told me by phone that's not statistically so high. I must say that at the moment I wasn't taking that much calcium (I had even suppressed milk, cheese and yogurts then)

Stool tests came out negative.
Chest Rx seemed normal.
No RM.You can't imagine how really difficult is, here in Spain, to have a MR done by the public welfare.

Other things showed in my first blood analysis:
Erithrocyts-hemoglobin: 16,2 g/dl while normal range is 13-16
Lymphocytes q: 31.1 % Normal Range: 36-56
Monocytes q: 11.4 % Normal Range: 3.1-8
Monocytes C: 0.92 x10^9/L Normal Range: 0.2-0.8
At that time I wasn't sleeping well at all (I don't know the new results yet).

And, now
Calcemia > 10.5

Other symptoms i don't mention to my doctor because i think they are almost unimportant can be:
Pain in the left foot near the little toe (like in gout, but in the other toe)

Could the hole thing be just related to my back? I thought about that from the very beginning (I was worried about my diaphragm too, i must confess-doctors thing I'm almost crazy about that :); I've never had a good back (problems in my dorsal area: then I moved, I could hear a "click", a relaxing in the area, and everything normal again. Now I could move in every direction! nothing changes).
But my Rx came normal.

The discomfort persists. But being able to sleep again, I'm not feeling so desperate to find a "lightning" solution. I just wish to recover my normal life again or, if that's not possible anymore, to know the best thing to do.

I would like to thank you very much for your time

High calcium could indicate hyperparathyroidism. Have you been checked for that?

Thank you for your answer!

No. I think I haven't been tested for that yet. I will look up for it in my first analysis, which I still have at home.

The thing is that I came to the point it's almost boresome for me when trying to argue it again with the doctors, even if I'm not feeling well (and they know it). It's like long queues and waiting times here and almost no time for patients' tests :( (kind of: ok, take omeprazol and let's see again in... 1 month, which I already did. Now ill for about 7 months)

Thank you again for your advice :) I'll take it into account
