Hypenation question (or maybe they're called dashes in this case)?

A brief question about reporting an age. In this sentence structure, would it be like this:

"Jennifer is so pretty that she can make a 60 year old man look young."

or...

"Jennifer is so pretty that she can make a 60-year-old-man look young."

or possibly...

"Jennifer is so pretty that she can make a 60-year-old man look young."
