Hymen not broken even after 3 sex. Is it normal?

Is it possible hymen intact even after 3 sex. I think all those times his penis was not fully erected, but he inserted it and ejaculated. So, ejaculation inside wont break my hymen? My doctor told me that it doesn't seem that i had sex. So, is it true that simply the presence of hymen doesn't mean that girl is Virgin?
 
you can have sex without breaking your hymen. some people just have thick hymens. some people have even gotten pregnant with hymens still intact, you could get it surgically removed if it doesn't break soon.
 
you can break your hymen putting a tampon in, falling hard, and exercising. guarantee it was broken before he penetrated you.
