I want your opinion. We say that a supervisor is sensetivity training. During the training, the company attorney's advice that all supervisors / managers to one / discrimination talk, or negotiate the harassment / discrimination may be perceived as or could lead to such symptoms of abuse their workplace monitoring fee, and a duty to stop torture they see it. The company also confirmed a long signal to the manager of training is required.
Fast forward. In the work environment being a manager to see that some employees could lead to disturbed / discrimination, and employee that the employee can carry such calls. The senior management staff complained that they felt uncomfortable with the mention of the manager, but the treatment is the issue that the manager brings to light.
Employee alleged that he had discussed the way the manager troubled, it's only the fact that the manager is called to their attention it was bothering him. Now employees have a hostile work environment alledging.
Managers are disciplined. So tell me, it looks like a HWE or against the company manager in training, education / law / company policy does the following is retaliating?
