HAPPY BIRTHDAY, this may be your best present..........your surgeon sounRAB on to it, and wowo 95% sounRAB great. Im getting bad ear stuff today, must admit i had some white chocolate yesterday and i NEVER eat junk food but we had a birthday cele at work and my workmate new i loved white choco and brought me some, so hay i just had to eat it lol, it was soooooooo goooooood, so what are all the tests that you are getting?, yes do your research, the surgeon im seeing is apparently one of the best, but will ask him a million questions if i decide to operate, ie how many successful ops he has done etc,,,, anyway all sounRAB good. take care ness
 
It's always nice to have some validation from the health care professionals - instead of just shrugs when we complain about our side effects. I think that our doctors don't take our problems seriously enough. Conveniently, they are categorized as: a) the effects of aging, b) arising from anxiety, or c) imaginatory. :( :mad:

I am happy to say I finally have a new doctor, who is the exact opposite of my former one. Having a good doctor look after my health issues makes all the difference! :)
I wish you the best of luck with the procedure. You should start a new post and give us a day-to-day progress report if you feel up to it. Choose your surgeon wisely. The success rate of 95% sounRAB very impressive. Did they elaborate on that..and defined it further???

I should have written questions down but was in such hurry. I think he was either impressed or annoyed that I know so much about the surgery and acid reflux. LOL. I think Dr's hate you to use the net, but I wouldn't have learned anywhere near as much by just seeing the Dr. 15 min! I know the first test is upper GI so not too bad. Have to see what gastro wants when I have that appt. It's a lady Dr. and that might be a good thing! He was so surprised that I had had so many test so many times and nothing ever done. But, some were 3 yrs ago so he wanted those done over since there could have been changes. It sounRAB really great but I get to reading all the stuff under the "good stuff", which I know there are dangers in any kind of surgical procedure but you can't help worrying. My husband is so sold on this surgeon because he was so good to his mother while alive. I'm at my rope's in and there's no place to go. I'll be sure and start a new thread with a post by post of what's going to happen. You do the same!
