Husband & I fighting about Sex! HELP!?

My husband and I have been married for 4 years and we keep having the same argument about sex!
I want it about 2 to 3 times a week... he's happy with once every 2 to 3 weeks!
This causes us to argue because he says that just who he is and he doesn't have a high sex drive.
This is driving me crazy because it makes me bitchy towards him because of it.
I start crying and he gets mad that im crying!
he thinks im being silly, making it such a big deal!
But it hurts me so much that I sometimes just think about leaving/or cheating... but i know thats not the anwser.... I want him! LOL..... Other than this ONE issue thats been going on for awhile... we are a happy couple who love eachother.... I dont know what else to do.... I dont like toys... i need the real thing!
I have tried sexy outfits, lingerie,dirty talk...etc
it may get him going but I am so tired of initiating all the time.... he NEVER comes to me and trys to make love to me ... It is the loneliest place in the world to be with the person you married and feel like you are living as roommates/bestfriends...
I'm 25 and he is 28

Try talking to him about having more "toy" nights that he can use on you. You can use them on yourself as well.

well think of ur self highly bc world takes u at ur own estimate...nd u shuold make ur self a lil naughty as well nd try to look a lil more sexy it will make arousal 4 sex!! at times when u r ready 4 sex then u should try to attract him by ur sex appeal..but dont show him that u r waiting 4 the same!
