my husband is complaining to everyone but me that he cant perv on girls or go out with his friends
BUT
i have never said anything about any of that:s not even close its never come up in conversation i dont get it
why is he saying that to people.....
i dont get it...
why does he think it and if hes not thinking it why on earth is he saying it omg.

he is insecure. he wants reinforcement from his friends to say the hell with you and either cheat or throw you to the curb. Sorry, but reality
 
Sounds like he's feeling a bit trapped! Encourage him to cut loose a bit more often. Tell him to go get drunk with his friends, watch a porno or something. I bet he's just not getting enough 'man time'.
