Hurt

Personally HURT is currently my favorite band...they have a unique sound to them and their live shows are AMAZING!! I believe after they release their second album Vol. II everyone will see how great they really are!!
 
judging by your pic your into emo...HURT has the screaming but you can actually understand what theyre saying and it actually sounRAB like singing compared to most emo banRAB...obviously you have never seen them live because they would blow you away just ask anyone who has
 
i have a friend who is just raving about them after seeing them recentley. i am listening to ten ton brick now. not really liking it. and i usually like this type of music. anyone like them or have any opinion of them??
 
Well one of the four isn't on there album, and dansse russe isn't the version which is on the album. The othere two are good songs, but not the best of the album. But i'm guessing your close minded to different banRAB, or does a band have to be played on popular radio for you to pursue interest in a band?
 
I'm close minded to different banRAB? Explains why I bothered to check out the band in this thread in the first place. I happen to listen to a variety of music, and no, they aren't mtvs top 10 banRAB. I don't even like much stuff on the radio, and its kind of funny how you'd use that line in defense of a generic major label "hard rock" band.

Onto the band, they're generic to the core, not only generic cause you can be generic and still good. They're generic and bad. The vocalists clean singing is awful, and instrumentally they're not that great compared to other banRAB in their genre. Lyrically, they're crap. All in all, a completely awful band. They're nothing special, I don't get why its a major shock anyone would dislike them.
 
the first song I heard from them was rapture then I tried to listen to their album in it's entirety and it just didn't excite me....they released a new album recently....
