Huntik: Secrets & Seekers "Words of Truth, Heart of Lies" Talkback (Spoilers)

Yeah, I felt the fighting sequences were a bit weaker this time. Like that one scene where Freelancer defeats a Mindrone...what the heck happened there?

That hasn't happened with Dinosaur King's dub, so I doubt Huntik will be able to clear 4Kids' record either.

Man, I love the way Lok, Sophie, Dante and Zhalia interact among one another. It's only three episodes in and the relationships are already pretty complex. I can't wait to see how they develop throughout the series.

I hope they'll flesh out the Organization a bit more, though. So far, DeFoe and Grier seem like fairly competent villains, but it'll be lame if they're always defeated in every episode. Judging from the scene of this last episode, it seems the Professor might have something new in store...

Also, flying Lok is awesome. And those wings are actually a Titan? Weird...

Yeah when I saw him with those win in the intro I fugured they were a power he summoned and not a Titan helping him fly. of course it's actually better that way.

I like that while the characters of this show have these great powers and can summon monsters to fight for they they still fight their own battles. Side by side with the Titans.

It's good to see Lok getting more familiar with the amulets and the titans and i a few more episodes he will be a lot more familiar and could maybe even handle more than one amulet at a time.

Mumbo, I take it the episode count means that there series is an unknown on how long it will be?

Anyway, I'm not sure about you guys, but when that demon thing the goth looking girl summoned made me think of a Shin Megami Tensei game.

Yeah, I guess. We're getting at least 52 episodes anyway, but yeah they probably intend to go on beyond that considering how much they're putting into it.

Who knows if they have an ending planned, it's way, way too early to tell.

Nice! 52 episodes will be plenty to tell a good story with and hopefully the series will have an actual finale. It's funny, we are only 3 episodes into this series and I am starting to think that it may be my favorite series on american television, it's had quite an impact on me. Lok is coming into his own and learning how to use the amulets and Dante has a mysterious feel to him that I enjoy, these characters "talk" to me and the story has been very enjoyable so far, keep it up guys!
