Hun and the Garbage Man: conjoined twins?

I heard that there was going to be an episode of Ninja Turtles where Hun and the Garbage Man were revealed to be conjoined twins, but Fox didn't let 4K!ds finish the episode because they didn't think the subject of conjoined twins was appropriate. Is this for real? That sounds like the stupidest idea for an episode of Ninja Turtles I've ever heard.

Yep, the title was "Nightmare Recycled". I think there was even a shot from it in an early Season 4 promo.

I think it was a story axed from the original 5th season, The Tribunal arc. I'm glad because Garbageman just needed to go away.

I gotta say, this would have gotten some depth to Garbageman. I liked his first episode, but Junklantis was pretty pointless.

But then of course, we got some namby pamby whiney new S&P joker running things, causing them to make sure the episodes don't bother 4 year olds who should be watching Arthur instead (TVy7 people). Also why they didn't air the completed "Insane in the Membrane" episode, as well as dumbing down plotlines (and characters) in FF.
