Huge fantasy football trade?

I trade K. Warner, B. Jacobs, and L. Fitzgerald for D. Brees, M. Barber, and J. Cotchery or S. Holmes. Good deal? If so what WR, should I pick from the 2? I have B. Favre if that helps. My team is 2-1, and I think I could use an upgrade from Jacobs. I also have Chris Johnson as a backup if that helps with your advice. My team is as follows:

QB- K. Warner
RB- A. Peterson
RB- C. Johnson
WR- T. Owens
WR- L. Fitzgerald
WR- E. Royal
TE- J. Witten
DEF- MIN
K. A. Vinatieri

BEN- B. Favre
BEN- C. Taylor
BEN- B. Jacobs
BEN- C. Perry
BEN- K. Smith
BEN- D. Driver
BEN- K. Curtis
BEN- V. Davis
BEN- BUFFALO D
 
I think that you should go ahead and proceed with the trade. The only position that I think you will be on the "losing" end will be your WR. I would take Cotchery over Holmes, but that is still a down grade form Fitzgerald.
As for your 3rd WR, I would go with Curtis once he is playing again.
