In the beginning of April i had a motorola droid. I had the unlimited data package, unlimited text and 450 mins for calling. Almost one week before the month ended the droid broke. As a very busy person i picked up any old phone i had in my house which was the alias 2. The data plan for the alais was $9.99 so i stuck with that. After i switched to the alias 2 temporarily i never used the internet and now that i get my bill i am being charge almost $632!! Would they give me credit or a refund because of this? I dont think they can just charge me $500 more than i wouldve originally paid because my phone broke and i got a nonunlimited data phone.
Huge bill for verizon?
