huawei u7519 unlock code not working

I have a huawei u7519 t-mobile tap (locked to t-mobile) I wanted it unlocked to use my att sim..so I bought an unlock code from unlocktotalk and put my att sim in and powered it on..came up "fixed carrier" so I pressed the "nck" button and entered the unlock code...then it says error..do I have to type any special kind of symbol or anything before or after the unlock code?any help would be great!thanks so much in advance!Rob
 
I had to buy it from unlocktotalk.com..I have used them in the past with good results..but this unlock code doesnt seem to be working..and they get there unlock codes from the vender..so thats why i was wanting to know if i have to put in a symbol or something b4 or after i put in the code..thanks
