HTML Website commenting?

Ok, so I have a website, but I want to make it so that my friends and family can comment on the page. Not emailing, commenting. Like on some websites you can go on and comment about different things (articles, etc.). I want to make it so they can put in like their name and their comment. Does anybody know how to do this?

If you can find a tutorial on an HTML website, that'd be fine. :)

To achieve this you will need to use PHP and MySQL. There is free software out there like WordPress http://wordpress.org/ which is a blog. Good luck!
