I can't believe I'm asking this. In fact it hurts me somewhat. I just forgot the terminology. What's it called in HTML( and really everything) when you reference a file in a folder by saying /pictures/pic.jpg instead of C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\pictures\pic.jpg. such that you can find the pic once its uploaded to a webserver. I'm thinking dynamic referencing but I needed to make sure.
