Okay, I have been learning HTML 4 and I know HTML 5 is now available. (Not sure if the questions I'm about to ask will change because of 5)
First: What are the points of tags such as emphasis,(difference then italics?) strong, alt, variable, code, and keyboard text. Is it crucial that I get the smaller, less important tags right for each thing? Ex. I use italics instead of emphasis?
Second: Another thing I still am lost on is, how does data from form inputs be seen by the creator? Say I have a submit button, where does the info go? Or do you need different form of text such as php, sql, java, etc.?
