HTML question. Making background image print?

I'm coding in HTML and I have this form that people can print and I have a nice looking background image. But as it it a background image it does not print on the printer... But I want it to print. Anyways of doing that?

PLEASE I AM A NOVICE AT THIS DO NOT SUGGEST LIKE ASP PHP CSS OR ANYTHING ELSE COMPLEX WITH A BIG LEARNING CURVE.
