I have recently created a internet page on a notepad. I used Microsoft Windows XP, now that I'm done I need to know how to activate this page on the network. If I go to file open, browse etc, I can open the file but if I give the web adress (The one that appears) to someone they can't open it, how do I active the web page so any one may be able to view it.
