HTML MASTHEAD help please?

i have a code. but it only leaves a blank space of where the masthead is suppose to be positioned. does anyone have a code that will work on the myspace artists page? ive search google and bing up and down, page by page and every code i have come across does not work. HELPPPP!! it's urgent!
 
I'm not familiar with myspace but if it leaves a space then it sounds like the code is correct only the image link is not. You need to make sure you have inserted the url to the image you are using correctly.
