html, help with video please.?

hello, i have started learning html i only have a basic understanding at the moment. i'm using notepad i have put on some text and images ,links,tables etc no problem but i can't find definate info on how to write in a flash video, i've got a 30 sec flash video ready to go in my web folder. what should i write ? i don't have an actual site yet i'm just viewing it with internet explorer. it just seems so complicated from everything i've read. any information would be great thanks.
 
This tells you how and what to do in step by step instructions.

The w3schools.com is a real good web site for learning HTML and XHTML, CSS, etc. Sometimes you have to use the search box at the site but this is not often.
