Ok I have this code that i copied from a banner maker site but it displays their site name on the banner.I tried removing the site name out of the HTML code and it doesnt generate my banner. So what can i do to take that website name off the banner?

2nd question I also need a banner simmilar to that but I need to have a picture of a vehicle and I want the vehicle to have the headlights come on and off.
any suggestions?
