HTML/CSS: Positioning a Picture in a paragraph box? (If you know what I mean)?

I'm wanting something like this. (It's meant to be in a box if you can't tell)

I have no idea how to do this D: Whatever I do, the picture is always either half out of the box, completely out of the box or under or over the text....

Anybody know?
I'm using notepad
