html coding questions?

1)how do i link to text elsewhere in the doc?
2)how do i make a doc filled with text boxes and then take the text from those boxes and make a printable summary - a form, basically?
 
1.) Go the first link I have down in the source and I have a tutorial with all of the types of links.
2.) Either go to freedback.com or response-o-matic.com
