HTML Code to block all pop ups?

Is there a code snippet to block all pop up windows on a web page? I mean a code snippet to insert in my own page, not to block popups from someone else's page.

Thanks for any help.
Oh, yeah, I AM NOT using a free-based service for my website, so I'm not worried about violating the TOS.

I just wanna make sure that nobody can hack my site and install pop ups.
