HTML code layout Please?

Does anyone have any good HTML codes? I need a simple layout. I've been trying to find one on the internet, but all of them want u to download. I only want a code. Thanks
 
When you download, those files HAVE the code. They probably come in HTML format. To view the source/code, right click and hit Open With...
Then either open with NotePad, WordPad, or Dreamweaver... or any other program you use for web design.
