html code for "subscribe to" newsletter (bar across top of website)?

I want to add a Subscribe to Free Newsletter bar across the top of my website....does anyone know where I can find the html code for this?
Aweber is my responder, but aweber can only create a "box", not a horizontal bar. Thanks so much in advance.
