I've seen it before.

like the words are along side the picture...
Does anyone know the HTML code to do that?
 
just regular HTML like so - the ALT tag is for visually handicapped

<img src="trigger.jpg" alt="a photo of my favorite horse">I love my horse

if you mean something else, then please explain, or give an example (website link)
