HTML code for adding a comment box and sending comments to scrollable comment box?

I am starting a discussion website on 1 Jan. And I'm looking for code to and a place for visitors to add comments (Name, Email, Subject & Comment) and for their info to be sent to an iframe scrollable comment box automatically. Right now, I have to copy the info from an email and paste it to an "extension" file before it posts. Thanks, Kevin
