HTML code: aligning pictures?

What is the code for aligning a picture(s) between the far most left picture, and the far most right picture?

Like aligning pic #2 between pic #1 and pic #3?

you can try css to display block (img tag) and then align but won't truly work. try floating each img left just put pic 1, pic 2 and then pic 3 (in that order) so pic 2 will be left of 1 and pic 3 will be left of 2. don't forget to clear "both" after the last float.
