html and coloring font/icon question?

what is the cod eto color a icon? i have star icons in my html page but thay are black and i need them grey and some teal colored
whats the code for changing the stars different colors?
 
Assuming it it an image, you have to download it. Modify it to the colors you want. Then upload it to the website.

Now, you could do this using a borderless HTML table(s) with colors for the background, but that's a bit cumbersome and a bit unusual. Not for the "faint of heart".
