Wow Guys this is a Rumor but if is real is very good news is about a new HTC device name the Ultimate some of the specifications:

1GHZ CPU
1GB RAM
1GB ROM
4.0 in. Screen
Android OS 2.2
Super AMOLED HR Screen
10 Mega Pix rear camera
front camera
voice & facial Recognition
ect.

i think phone manufacturers are scrrewig us like cd-rom manuf. did with the cd-rom drives. they trickle in the models. start with 2x speed then 4x, 8x, 12,16x etc. They where selling us the lower speed models while all along they had the capapbilities to get us the 24x speed . I know you need to recoup some cost but jeez. how much is enough? Is there a reason why they cant give us a phone wiht the specs mentioned above?

I stay with the Mini 5 because the size of the screen is 5 in. and GSM and the Incredible is 4.3 but if i'm no wrong CDMA.
