HTC SAP100 Is it Possible for Arabic FW?

i have SAPP100 here,
is it posible to write arabic ROm or the mobidiv will work on it?

and one thing i encounter is i cannot connect to active sync, it does not connect automatically although i install the driver correctly...

or maybe my driver is wrong?
